That view of Ngannou looking out the window is iconic when you think about where he came from, working in sand mines as a teen and homeless just 5 years ago in a foreign country. I never even had it rough growing up, but i remember the first time I took my girl to a hotel when I started working, for some reason I just got that feeling like look at what my hard work has allowed me to enjoy and that wasn't really anything special. Imagine how Ngannou must be feeling, from nothing to extraordinary.

Man I love these embedded episodes! ...one reason is , once I see an embedded episode, I know we have a ppv that week, two., You get to see and watch the fighters at their vulnerable moments, you see their heart, their personalities, you may not like a fighter for whatever reason but then you watch the embedded episode and see that same fighter in their personal life and you realize they are just like you, normal people with normal personalities, but they can whip ass, that's their job.

UFC- We want to see footage of Stipe and his striking coaches (Alex Cooper, Joe Delguyd) working the mitts together. We don't see near as much coverage of him as we do with Ngannou. I enjoy watching the fighters hit the mitts with their trainers-one of my absolute favorite pre-fight things to see.

Same i was thinking about it. And you know before jones knocks DC out DC just took some brutal shots by Rumble and a big knee by Gus. Dc always got back up but i think those shots were still too much for a human being. It's just that he has an iron chin so even if he doesn't get ko'ed he still gets those damages. If volkan knocks him out i wouldn't be that surprised plus volkan is very relaxed in his punches that shit can bring a lot of power behind the shots.
