One Hundred X once weigh in happens they go on a tear and eat and drink, they usually bulk up 15 pounds and higher at all weight classes all fighters do that. I’ve only been watching this sport since 2015 but I think I’m giving you the right information.

They'll diet and exercise for all camp so they can lose as much body fat and natural weight as possible, they starve themselves during fight week so they can lose more weight, usually drinking a lot of water to resist the urge to eat, then they lose the rest of the weight the day before weigh ins by dehydrating themselves and losing up to 10 or more lbs in just bodily fluids. Once they rehydrate, they already gain a lot of weight and then they usually eat A LOT of food, gaining 10-25 lbs most of the time.

Max deserves all the push from UFC. He’s one of the most dominant champions. He deserves so much more promotion than he receives. Not only is he a great champion, but he’s a great dude. Isn't she fighting a talented grappler with a power right hand though? She is unlikely to take a Nunes type beating in this fight. As long as Cyborg stays long and nullifies all the grappling she should do fine or at least not have to depend on her chin, regardless of its state.

I swear I still think she fucked up and took Amanda for granted a mistake he will be unlikely to repeat, but either way this girl is not going beat her. The rematch with Amanda I believe this time around will be much better, not so one sided

@@damoda5000 I would shit my pants if she lost it would bring up the question whether she would be able to compete anymore mentally after her defeat from Amanda but these are just arbitrary arguments, no one can see the future but I am definitely willing to bet on cyborg for this fight.

Bradford Lad I forgot they were trying to make that fight. I really like them both...I think the zombie is a better striker, t city is the better grappler but both are well rounded. KZ looked really good in his last 3 fights (even the one he lost) I would say it’s pick em fight. Not easy work by any means

It depends who will be able to apply his presure, Frankie is also a presure fighter, i dont think Frankie has problem with reach, most of his opponents had reach advantage over him and he was able to beat most of them, Frankie has problems when someone is faster than him and reacts faster with counters e.g. Aldo
