The fights on this card were brilliant! There is so much excitement on the amazing possibilities of fights to come for the rest of 2020, and into 2021. I hope Cowboy takes a rest for a bit. Khabib's ground is still to powerful for Gaethje, but a Gaethje vs Conor fight would be crazy! It would be awesome if Nate would stop the puff for the short term and train train train for a respectable matched fight, maybe Poirer. Pettis is also right there improving ready for more. Wonderboy needs a fight! So many options for great fights. Too bad Masvidal won't fight Khabib. I wonder if Masvidal would step down to meet Gaethje? I'm just rambling.. So many good fights on the way lol. Bla bla bla..

I have been watching the UFC for a long time probably like most started to really watch it during the first ultimate fighter show, I know I’m a filthy casual but why does everybody hate Dana White so much,? if the heat comes from how he pays the fighters there’s nothing I can say or would say because that’s not cool but outside of that, I think he does a great job especially with these post fight I like him!
@thomasanthony53064 жыл бұрын
Because he plays favorites, and lets certain fighters promote their brands, aswell as puts people who draw at the top of the rankings, weather they have earned it or not.

Thomas Zerbst so why do you hate him? Cause he runs a business a certain way?
@hapaharley17064 жыл бұрын
The only problem I have w him is the fighter pay, but I'm not an accountant for the UFC, so I really don't know the numbers. Other than that, I think he's the man and I'm thankful as fuck he's the president

split - early stoppage - marlon - early stoppage. cejudo is a beast, but his wins are somewhat lucky
@Ironfangzu4 жыл бұрын
Lucky? I'm not a Cejudo fan and honestly I was rooting for Dom to win. But he was getting his ass handed to him by Cejudo. Triple C was faster, stronger, super well prepared, and in another round or two he would have turned Dom into a cripple with those vicious leg kicks. That stoppage just saved Dom from a more vicious beating. He literally could not do anything at all against Cejudo. Couldn't hit him, couldn't avoid being hit, and had zero chance of taking him down to the mat. It was a really legit win by Cejudo.
@derailedtrain25174 жыл бұрын
@@Ironfangzu yes indeed. but still, the last few punches looked the least effective and he was getting up, when he got up the ref jumped inbetween. Yes 13 unanswered strikes, you can call it, but I don't think those punches landed like cejudo claimed "he went limp" which was definately not the case when someone gets up. the dillashaw fight was early too, but many unanswered shots as well, but still, early. lucky also refers to having had the right judge in his split against DJ which started all this.

I agree with Dana’s comment regarding Tony looking off. Maybe it was the extra weight cut, maybe it was just an off night, over training? I don’t know, it could of also have been a bad match up for him, but Tony did look off.

with no crowd the fight was more intense and real. You could even differentiate the different sounds between a kick that lands and one that is checked. i think UFC should amplify these sounds and include them when the crowd comes back. Thanks Uncle Dana !
