Good ole Pro Wrestling promotion. I always tell people that the UFC is the best Pro Wrestling promotion in existence today. The fights may be real(they once were in Pro Wrestling too btw) but the story building and promotion is carbon copy to old wrestling orgs. Trash talking only makes sense in the immediate build up of a fight and only to that particular opponent. All other promotion should be what Sterling did there. You're trying to convince people that the product you bring, the brand of fighting you do, and the place where you compete is compelling no matter who is fighting. You put your opponents "over" because calling everyone shit or bums only lasts for a short time until you convince the customer that they're actually watching shit or bums. Once you establish that with the fanbase, you use storylines here and there to solidify interest. Smart move.

A lot of commenters are just now realizing how pretty FELICIA SPENCER is at the 6:43 mark. Equally impressive to me is that she teaches/taught 6th grade algebra and she helps her husband in his COMMERCIAL ROOFING business. Those flat roofs in FLORIDA get hot and the tar sealer buckets are mega-heavy.
