Not many HW's have great head movement to be honest, they rely on taking a shot and then either punching back or going for a takedown. Greg Hardy actually has good head movement if you watch his fights, Ngannou sort of has ok head movement also. But guys like Stipe and Ben Rothwell have nearly no head movement.
