@@owenbighead what were getting at is dicipline. Masvidal doesn't have the dicipline khabib does. That's what makes khabib lvls above the mediocres like masvidal. Masvidal has zero dicipline drinking and eating junk food which is not good for a fighting body. To be a champ you need to have that dicipline in and out of the octagon.

Very Excited to see that this is the new wave for fighters and athletes. Let's lead a good example for the next generation. I was raised well, but then I became a product of my environment. I broke that cycle 22 months ago. I replaced it with healthy habits, both physically and mentally. Stay in School, Stay Into Sports, Stay with what you truly love to do. Get plenty of sleep, food, drink, and exercise. Stay Clean. God Bless!

Does it not diminish the quality and nutrient profile of the food when you microwave / radiate it? It doesn't turn it into McDonalds but it's never as healthy as when it's fresh. It's just convenient.

Who's telling fighters to stay hungry. Your not letting them be at optimum performance here. Maybe the day of a fight fast but to stay hungry isn't fucking good for someone who's cut like these guys

For all the shit fans give the UFC. Name another fighting organisation looking after their fighters like this. Weight cuts were a huge issue for such a long time and UFC are investing their own cash into making it easier for fighters and making the process more consistent so theres not a ridiculous waterweight cut at the end of the camp. Kudos UFC. Overcoming everything!

Man prop to Dana white on making ufc a multi billion dollar business I’ve been doing Muay Thai and boxing for 15 years and back in 2009 when ufc was coming up I really thought this crazy chicken cage fighting thing wasn’t going to last longer then 5 years especially when the ufc couldn’t even reach a quarter of boxing ppv sales. And now we have bare knuckles boxing and mma on KZbin and it all happened because of Dana white.
