@@EducationProfessional-pc6ep I honestly probably couldn't answer that question accurately for you. I'm not a religious man, myself. I think for those who are, it provides a certain sense of inner calmness, peace, and purpose that you need to have in order before fighting. For religious people, it seems to provide them that. Every fighter seems to have their own go-to routine before a fight to give them a mental edge to compete. For some, that can be something really simple as playing video games at the hotel to relax. For some, like Ian Heinisch, that's reading the bible with his wife.

I saw Gastleum at the NYC event press conference when he verses Darren Till. I saw him outside of MSG. I was shocked at how small Kelvin was he was short and not even stocky, dude does not look like a middle weight at all. But respect to him because he’s been in with the best and held it down with those guys. Shows size doesn’t matter, but technique and will does matter.
