Him taking 3rd place pushed Khabib, Demetrius Johnson, Tony Ferguson and Max Holloway all into the 4th place spot and you actually think you have ground to downplay the dude's accomplishments lol talk about a noob comment.

Glover vs. Jiri (Championship) Jan vs. Smith (5 Rounds) Rakić vs. Ankalaev 5 Rounds) Reyes vs. Craig (3 Rounds) Santos vs. Gustafsson (3 Rounds) Jiri doesn’t completely deserve the title shot yet but no one else in the division does at the current moment. Also to argue your point that Jan vs. Smith doesn’t make sense, Smith is on a 3 fight win streak (all 1st round finishes), while Jan was a good champion, he did just get steamrolled by Glover. Not to mention that Rakić is coming off 2 pretty boring victories and the Smith rematch simply isn’t that interesting

@@rogerwolfe7302 I don’t think so. Going into his fight with Burns, Burns presented him a tougher challenge than Colby, not only because of his much better power, but also, more importantly, his BJJ-two things Colby doesn’t have. And with Usman knowing that he’s much improved since their fight (when he was already more skilled than him then), why would he be running from him? No, he just doesn’t (justifiably) like him, and probably took pleasure in knowing that Colby was bitter and sulking and bitching and moaning, and crying to everyone about how he lost unfairly (hmm…sound familiar?). Most of all, he prevented him from another big payday, as he had to wait nearly a year for another fight. That’s called playing chess. That’s called making a boss move. @@rogerwolfe7302 Woodley definitely wasn’t washed up when Usman faced him. How can a long-reigning current champ be “washed up”? That doesn’t even make sense. No, Woodley was washed up when *COLBY* faced him. I just laid out clearly to you that, yes, Burns definitely is on Colby’s level. He’s bigger, a better striker, has far more power, and his BJJ is more of a threat to Usman than Colby’s wrestling. There’s no skills that Colby has that Usman doesn’t have himself and isn’t better at. Nothing. Let’s just say their wrestling is a push. Is Colby stronger than Usman? No. Is Colby bigger than Usman? No. Does Colby have more power than Usman? No. Does Colby have more cardio than Usman? No. When have you seen Usman ever tired in any fight? How many times has Usman gone the distance in a fight? So Colby’s “cardio” means nothing to him. Calling Masvidal and Burns 155-pounders is really the best that you’ve got? So Burns was a 155 lb. when he beat Maia and Woodley? The same Burns who is much bigger than Colby? Stop… By the way, it’s “they’re”-not their. Understood?
