Am a Izzy fan but rob such a good guy and a good sport

I'm an Izzy fan but i love rob. He's a class act and a good sport. I feel for rob. It makes me sad looking at him at the Post fight interview. He looks like he's about to cry

To be fair, besides the knockdown in R1 and the leg kicks, Izzy didn't do much, while Rob was the one snapping Izzy's head back again and again with the jab, plus landing the occasional takedown, and the choke attempt. But its hard to feel too bad when Rob also backpedaled SO much & refused to throw a right hand or open up offensively. He just didnt want it enough to risk.

I love Robert, both as a fighter and a person, but that was not an incredible performance. He should have pressed the fight harder, he was the challenger. He fought not to lose, and that's why he lost the decision.

@@marshawnfleming2873 Most Izzy strikes were leg kicks to Rob. Rob fought nearly 25 minutes against Yoel with a torn ACL and stuffed pretty much every takedown from him. And that's back when Yoel shot a lot more often. His leg was damaged in this fight, but he's been through much worse and was fine.

There were several instances in the fight where Rob threw a jab and Izzy leaned back and countered with a left hook or left high kick. If Whittaker tries to follow up with the right hand in those scenarios, he would've been napping on the canvas

If I’m being honest: - Volk won both fights, second one was way closer tho - Whittaker won rounds 2,4,5 - Colby Covington won the last 3 rounds, should’ve been a draw with the 10-8 round for Usman - Figueirdo obviously won the third fight, he dropped him in the rounds, damage trumps all.

I’m 100% sure of all of these except the second volk holloway fight, I would need to rewatch it to confirm. But I thought he just won round 3 which was the deciding round.
