Anyone that went through highschool without killing themselves can deal with toxicity from shitty fans lol These guys don't give a shit about the boos as much as we do. The fighters get the exact same amount of love/hate that a full NHL team would get..but They're used to us being fickle. It's 1 side vs the other..you can't just expect most fans to yell YAYYYY for both fighters like a funloving child lol gotta pick a side of the fence and stick with it. It's only the die hards like us who just want to see them both do their best 👌 Ignore the rest of the fans..Ronda and conor brought the casuals from around the world..let them have their fun🤷

That double weight cut 3 fights ago really started his decline imo, Coupled to the brutal beating he took from JG. He certainly doesn't look as frail now as he did against either of his last 3 opponents.

@@derekd7756 that is a good point, Chandler has a ton of heart but we have seen him get sloppy, slow and even way too much into pleasing the crowd in his previous fights. If he does the same with Tony I wouldn't be surprised that it costs him the fight.

Six years ago, Charles was ranked #8 in the FW division. To see him be the reigning, defending, LW champ now is surreal. What an incredible career.

For sure. And even before entering the ufc, he faced so much adversity. He had many diseases as a child. He says he didn't have what to eat properly until 18, and entered the ufc at 21, so his physic was not fully developed, not only because of his age, but also because of the bad conditions he lived as a young man.

If charles spoke english, he would be top 5 biggest stars in the sport. He would even be bigger than jorge and chimaev. As a brazilian, I understand everything he says and every phrase he says is filled with class and finesse, even when he says he's gonna knock his opponent out. He sounds so confident and mature, absolute savage. If you guys understood portuguese, you would NEVER doubt his will and confidence. It's almost like he's 2Pac with the things he says. I don’t speak a lick of Portuguese but he is still my favorite fighter. Through the translations and subtitles alone, in combination with reading his body language, he just radiates confidence and overall champion caliber. Plus you can just see how good of a person he is.

Regardless of what happens it’s a bit sad to see that Chandler Gaethje and especially Tony are nearing the end. And it’s going to be a whole new generation in the next year or two. 2016-2021 was the best 5 years IMO of the UFC

Everybody thinks it’s Gaethje by knockout or Charles by sub but people are overlooking Charles’ power. I think he’ll catch Gaethje with something that will stumble or drop him and then lock in a sub.
