Chito would never take the title from Moreno. Its the same situation with Usman and Israel. 2 south American/mexican top tier athletes is better than 1 champion and 1 on a loss.

Seeing Luke at his most likeable after all this time while supporting his teammate and seeing so many people be so happy for chito's success was really great. congrats to chito, hoping luke feels actualized now that he has found his new reason for fighting.

My favorite bit is at 8:48. It's apparent Chito has love for Moreno. He's probably aware of the parallel energy. Both commentators, on their way to be number one, massive representatives of their nations, and just put away their last opponents with precise fight ending kicks.

Luke actually isn’t so cringe outside of fight camps. I’ve seen interviews with him when he didn’t have fights coming up and he was pretty normal. I think his nerves and instincts take over and he doesn’t know how to convey it very well but it makes some great content!

Its great to see luke being trained from the coach that essentially took his title away from him. Parillo trained bisping for their fight (bisping v rockhold 2). That takes a lot of humility to switch teams and get trained from the guy that trained someone to beat you.

would be cool to see luke do sub fighting matches. his style on the ground and standing has always been clean and entertaining. people are hard on him because hes good looking and arrogant but its part of his gimmick whatever. its the fight game strip it down and just look at the skills. hes one of the legends in the sport imo who will have a hard road out the door.
