Anik saying Aljo's "closing fast on DCruz as the [BW GOAT]" is absolutely absurd. The "GOAT" rhetoric is obviously overdone to a ridiculous extent already--for marketing purposes--but now it's to the point of a champ's first title defense? Why not just speed-line this process and just call every main event fighter the GOAT?

Chandler punches way harder than Islam. Her analysis loses merit quickly if you ignore that. Anyone can knock anyone out with a perfect shot but Islam will use faints to set up standing body locks to set up trips... push the fight to the cage. Islam will be perfectly fine with a decision win. Charles is always looking to finish and will take chances. Charles by strikes in 3rd.

I disagree. Charles pressures Islam into the pocket to nullify his takedown. It'll force Islam to feint as you said but to force him into the clinch and Oliveira is unpredictable in the clinch. Oliveira will have his defense up but will not be afraid to pull guard. However, I think if it goes pass the 3rd round, Oliveira will try and pull gaurd when Islam goes for the takedown and throw up submissions. Guillotines and triangle chokes, possibly a D'arce. Islam isn't the best striker and I think that gives Oliveira an advantage which will give Islam no other choice other than to go for a take down and Charles will be ready for that. The threat of the striking and Oliveira locks it up, whatever he chooses

That is when these Sambo guys put their weight on you and tie up the legs and wear the opponent down. They break your will and pound you or submit you. They don' catch people like CO does for subs.

1st time I noticed that so many fighters eyes get super lazy when their body is dehydrated. Almost every fighter showing their eyes has eyes way more drawn outward than when you normally see them. I always noticed how sunken their eyes look when cutting alot but not how off center. Learn something new everyday.

Their eyes aren't lazy but they lose water which gives them a sunken in appearance since your eyes legit get dehydrated and smaller, which makes them appear weird and give you a "lazy" look
