What you gotta love about these episodes is the fact that you get to see other sides of the fighters. See how they handle training, weight cut - for example Poatan being very silent and Adesanya always being the center of attention - Chandler's ability to speak, Weili being humble and an absolute animal working out, i mean it's nice to hear and see a bit more of them besides the fights

that might actually have an effect in some way..sure you know of experiments done with for instance working within your own mind/imagination to enhance in areas worked and it actually working. basically they found that working out in your mind actually resulted in gaining muscle mass! so why not! maybe it would allow for better mind/body flow

I love how the intro is a first shot of the leaves and nature where Periera is and then it goes straight to Adesanya's mansion. Subtle but peeeeerrrfect intro shot to show the absolute polar opposites to these opponents in terms of how they prep for a big fight. Love it. Great job by the embedded team. Whoever does these vlog episodes deserves a huge raise and all the acknowledgement in the world.

I’m not sure if UFC is already doing this but providing support to it’s fighters for learning English would go a long way for both the company and the fighter to be able to market them effectively. It’s a sucky reality but the more people that understand you the more money you’ll make.
