Frankie Edgar is an icon of the sport. One of the first champions to reinvent himself in 2 different weight classes and compete extremely well at the highest level for the entirety of it. Man it’s crazy seeing someone who’s actually is taller and bigger than Izzy at middleweight. Izzy is always towering over all his opponents. He can’t just feel safe with his arm extended knowing his opponents can’t reach him, Alex is long and powerful. I still have Izzy winning but man Alex seems to match up perfectly with Izzy. We know he ko’d Izzy in the past but mma is different and there is no standing 8 count that Alex got rewarded and it’s just different and Izzy is a way better fighter now. As much as Alex trolls izzy ever since back then on social media, you would have thought someone who is quiet coming into a public looks like someone who is scared face to face. But that quiet demeanor from Alex looks scary, its like one of those final bad guy in a martial movie demeanor.
