Dariush and Felder were incorrect. Chandler went to the ground 3 times with Oliveira and Poirier 2 times. Kevin Lee also did. Only Gaethje didn't and that's where this myth came from. Chandler, twice willingly (once when he jumped to the floor with Oliveira on his back and once when he got the advantage and spent 2 minutes of round 1 entering Oliveira's guard) and Poirier twice willingly (once when he knocked him down and leapt into his guard to ground and pound him in round 1 and again in round 2 when Oliveira had his wrist and he rolled to the floor and spent the entire round on the floor, of course, by that point it wasn't by choice and he just wanted to endure the round like he said he should have done with Khabib after their fight).

I saw a comment, a few days ago, where someone predicted that Oliveira will win this weekend, them, rematch Islam, in October, in Brazil. I've got to be honest, that would be incredible and I can't think of a fight that I would rather see, than this rematch, in Charles' home country. I, for one, will be rooting for that to happen. When a UFC star like Oliviera has been around the sport for so long, he should learn to speak English. I think one of the main reasons why Aldo lost his fight against Mcgregor was because he lost the mental game. Mcgregor won the crowd's attention with his words whereas Aldo couldn't speak for himself except through an interpreter. This certainly played against Aldo.

I’m sure most fans can agree we are about to see four of our favorite fighters fight and we’re going to be happy and sad. First, it’s Darius and Charles and then Dustin and Justin. Only one can win between them. What’s more crazy is whoever wins gets a chance at a title shot again while the other man most likely never will again. It is such a massive fight for all four of them.
