Brandon is such a nice guy but that staredown got me excited.. You can tell there's a little something extra behind this fight with Pantoja. Love that he didn't back down and showed some of that killer side he hides so well.

I love Volk but you just cannot sleep on Yair, his striking is phenomenal and his ground game is ridiculously underrated. This card is full excellent matchups, I'm expecting the greatest fight of this year to happen on this card.

Even though Americans see Australians and New Zealanders as like our crazy cousins down under We have to cheer for our Mexican brothers and sisters since they have come so far so quickly in MMA and they live next door to us in the USA. So I'm a little torn on who to route for but I'll be happy for the winners and sad for the losers for sure!!!!

I wish both guys could win, but I can see Volk/Yair going down a similar way as Gaethje/Fiziev did. Yair is gonna come with some HEAT the first round or two, and then Volk is going to adapt and remind him there’s levels to this, just like Holloway showed Yair.

@@ItaintaboutcolorVolks chin isn’t indestructible, he’s been dropped and clipped a few times in his past few fight’s especially in his 2nd fight against max and even a few times against Ortega who isn’t even that good of a striker. Islam also showed that when volk charges in to close the distance he’s pretty susceptible to getting caught with a knee which Yair throws a lot of. I can definitely see a KO happening at some point in his career and if anyone in featherweight is gonna do it it’s gonna be Yair.

Rodriguez is without a doubt the most undeserving fighter in ufc history to have a belt. Road to the belt was being put in an ambulance by Holloway, winning by opponent injury and then beating the number 12 ranked nobody and to top it off only single reason that fight was for a belt is because the real champion was chasing greatness.
