Pretty good presser. Sean did his thing and Izzy played it smart by not really engaging with Sean, because he knew he would have got 10-7. Manel calling out Kai, flipping CKB's logic back on itself, and telling Izzy off was a surprise. Tai came out of this as the hero of the presser.

@@DRAY406 both izzy and his coach blamed dricus for having a foot injury and pulling out. Said that a champ mindset is to push through injury and fight for the title. Keep in mind it was a 2 month turnover so not even enough time for a full training camp. Both said he lost his chance to fight for the title bc he pulled out even though izzy did the same thing and Kai has done the same thing multiple times.

I love volkov my third fav UFC fighter. Sadly he keeps losing the meaningful fights whenever he is close to the title. We could have had him vs DC but lewis got the fluke KO and than him losing to Gane and Aspinall. I think he could and would have won if the fight stayed standing. When you announce a fighter with his only credentials being "he used to play in the NFL" yea, not too promising. There are a couple of nice fights in there but you pay for the BIG ones.

Nah Sean actually lost this presser. He kept repeating the same lines we've already heard him say for weeks now. Then started relying on stereotypes that he fits - "I like riding dirt bikes" - to garner crowd support. He said "Chinaman" so many times it lost its potency. Izzy got his number with the "sold your soul" remarks. Kape and Tai were the highlights of this presser.
