Pantoja is impossible to beat given his ability to take a punch and then to enter a grappling cycle. He has the best bjj in the UFC and really underrated wrestling. Definitely an underrated legend.

Man, seeing the Maori culture is beautiful. The camaraderie, the family love, the customs, dance, values--everything is so unique and so tight. I envy that level of cultural unity and connection. You can see that KKF and his wife are mixed, yet they are as much Maori as it gets even with those that are more pure-Maori. Much love.

Charles stylistically is a perfect match up for Topuria. He walks forward so Ilia will close the distance fast. He's too tall to take Ilia down, on top of Ilia being a good wrestler himself. Then, Charles is 38 years old and has been through many wars already, he has made money, the hunger and youth isn't there. Ilia on the other hand, very hungry, young, ultra confident. I smell another KO, which would be crazy btw, back to back 3 knockouts of future hall of famers UFC Champions, never has been done before, this is goat stuff in the making right before our eyes.

Yes, because yt people have been trained to look down on anyone within their tribe who claims unity and professes pride for their own so many yt’s try to claim unity with another because everyone wants desperately to belong to a tribe. It’s in our dna.

He's definitely Maori. In NZ virtually all Maori have some white blood and there are lots of fair skinned Maori who speak the language and practice the cultural practices.

He has Māori features you just have to know what you’re looking for. We are like Brazilians we come in all different shades and facial features especially after European contact. The honest truth is there were a lot of poor immigrants that came from Europe (Croatians immigrated to my town) that melded their culture with Māori and cooperated instead of segregated. Along with poor Irish and English immigrants and missionaries. Most of the rich English and Scotsmen (still very hard workers) settled on the South Island. Then there are the descendants of the wealthy upper class that colonised under the British crown and I don’t know if they mingled with us peasants or not.

These are ignorant comments. Coming from New Zealand, he definitely looks Maori. Navajo Stirling and Carlos Ulberg are two light skinned Maori fighters in the UFC as well. There are just as many light skinned as brown Maori. Almost all Maori, even the brown ones have some white blood as New Zealand is a small country. No one with maori blood sees themselves as white.
