On Episode 5 of UFC Fight Night London Embedded, headliner Anderson Silva braves the cold to see the sights and meet some fans. Fellow middleweights Michael Bisping, Gegard Mousasi and Thales Leites do what it takes to cut their last few pounds. After a backstage faux pas from Bisping at the weigh-ins, everyone hits the scale, and the headliners nearly scuffle on stage. Loving these Vlogs. On a related note, having had to cut weight for my own fights and constantly seeing how much effort and risk these fighters put into dehydrating themselves and cutting weight, the UFC should really move towards a weight cutting ban similar to ONE FC. I think they will be surprised by the better performance of their fighters.

+Atown entertainment No it's not, people rightfully call out Sapp and Overeem all the time. The difference with Anderson is that he's mostly known as a technical fighter, he's never been known as an overly athletic fighter like Vitor. I'm not making excuses for Anderson as he might be a cheat, however I do think there's room for believing his story compared to other fighters.
