Then there's distance managers that are actually good enough and brave enough to pressure more, be aggressive, damage way more, and finish their opponents or make it more exciting decisions at least. examples of 1= Ian, Leon, Lerone Murphy, sometimes Izzy, Strickland examples of 2= Volk, Max, Dustin, Conor, Ilia, Alex, Omalley, Petr Yan, sometimes Izzy. its simple, if you can be good enough to provide fans with 2 amazing traits than you will usually be rated more than the fighters that can only have 1 amazing trait.

@ I would argue winning 3 rounds and losing 2 rounds on 2 cards is impossible to call “dominating” regardless what what the 3rd card states. He got damn lucky round 5 was not scored as a 10/8 round in favor of Prates. Additionally, he barely beat #13 and now he is a backup for a title fight? Insane…….Sean Brady will dominate Ian and it won’t even be close like this fight was. Just my opinion and I’m sticking to it. He did squeak out this win and he knows it. If those 2 judges gave a 10/8 round 5 to Prates, then Ian would have lost this fight and I believe he would be crying about how he got robbed and would use his built-in short notice excuse every time this fight is brought up.

Ian did better this fight (more action) but last fight sucked aka boring…. With that said congrats on his win today, but big but it wasnt as entertaining of a fight as any fight throughout the whole card underneath main event. That is my point and a lot of UFC fans…. Am i correct ✅? Yes or Yes
