Actually Jorge's flying knee KO was like 2 seconds, I know the referee stopped the fight at 5 seconds and that's how this works but holy fuck, a 2 second knockout, just think about that for 2 seconds, that's how long the fight lasted. @@watersquid8847 Well, the idea is that in regular boxing, you have 10 seconds to get up with no pressure, allowing you to remain in the line of fire while you clearly are helpless. This can be bad because it allows people to sustain repetitive injuries and still be "in" the fight. In the UFC, they combated this by allowing opponents to continue hitting each other for a little while, and if they can't defend themselves the fight is over immediately. A lot of these fights might have continued if the UFC worked like boxing even though the opponent was clearly done.
