He also is coming out from a bad injury and a long lay off, so no wonder it wasn't his best performance but he still didn't lose a single round lol. Plus it was only a flash knocked down, in a split second he had already recovered, he wasn't badly hurt. It's not like how merab was hurt and almost died against marlon. It was more like how petr yan got flash knocked down by Jhon Dodson but immediately recovered, and dominated the rest of the fight.

You gotta admit, these Dagestani fighters are all so humble and always speak the truth. He said he didn't see that punch and must be careful in the future. Great performance by umar against a really dangerous young guy with scary 1 punch ko power. He made a mistake got hurt it was a flash knocked down, but immediately recovered and dominated the rest of the fight and absolutely tortured his opponent the rest ig the fight. He wasn't as hurt as some people wants to make it out to be , he wasn't hurt like merab against marlon moraes for exemple. It was like how petr yan got flash knocked down by John dodson,but immediately recovered.

I saw almost all of Bekzat Almakhan mma fights even the ones who aren't counted on his record, and let me tell ya the guy is probably the biggest puncher at 135 right now, am not even exaggerating. Bekzat got really scary 1 punch ko power for a 135er. he got a very good chin too and he is also a tremendous athlete, explosive as hell when he is in bad position on the ground he is Abel to constantly explode out of those bad positions and end up on top. If he heals his leg injury properly he easily got the potential of becoming champion. when the ufc gived o'malley fighters from outside the ufc they gived him punching bags like Chris motinios who can't even throw a punch. Even for khamzat the ufc was booking him with cans. but for umar the ufc gived him the biggest monster they could find lol. either the ufc had malicious intent behind booking this fight or its just that nobody wants to fight umar even the ones who aren't ranked and the ones outside the ufc. Which is dum from the ufc part because umar has massive ppv star potential perhaps more ppv potential out of everyone at 135, just from his last name alone (nurmagomedov) it gives his him a massive boost in star power, For example for this week of fights the interview that did the biggest numbers by far out of everyone in (mma junkie) and other social media was umar. And I bet this octagon interview will also have the biggest numbers too just like last time he fought. It well also be the most memorable one too. He got the personality, he got a similar funny humor that khabib had, he got an existing fighting style . and the legendary last name of nurmagomedov which gived him millions of people following him in insta before he was even in the ufc....

THAT'S how you POP up & out - with some damn _urgency._ Motherfucker's striking is what's seen as his greatest effectiveness - but he did THIS, off the MAT, to UMAR, a legit dagi wrestler, MULTIPLE times tonight, from BAAAD positions and in immediate danger, with a decisive standard of execution that would seriously make Jon Jones or DJ smile in appreciation. Those are the same losers who hated khabib for being too great. and also the same pathetic people who where all over petr yan's hype like (gays in heat) , even after petr yan got dropped by a wash up 125er in Jhon Dodson they still believed he was going to be the greatest thing that ever existed . At the end of the day umar still didn't lose a single round in this fight. 30-25 in a 3rd fight is just insane dominance...

@@flightplanstan144 then you dont like mma, he is a complete fighter, but you cant just expect that he will change blows with a guy way more dangerous than him on the feet. He started teasing him on the striking, got knocked down and that was the moment the plan change, then every time the other huy guy tried to haymaker him he went for the take down and was punishing with gnp and submission attempts. One of the most dominant and technical displays i saw in a fight.
