@@jetstreamsam6521 it does have some wooden supports but it's also compressed cardboard or something similar to mdf. But it's also a hollow door so even with the wooden supports it's still very weak. Anyone could have kicked a hole through that door. It's not meant to keep anyone out. Just to gain access from one room to another. So though it looks like rampage is extremely strong by destroying a door. With this kinda door, it's nothing crazy. Dana even said it. The doors are cheap

Tbh I have the same issue I’ve broken 2 tvs I have holes in my walls I kicked threw my door and put a machete threw also kicked a door down and hit my mom with the door is really hard to handle and I understand where he’s coming from

Channeling your emotions is important. It is not ‘good’ to let out rage in an uncontrolled and physical manner as was displayed here. I would worry how he might deal with other personal matters if I wasn’t more convinced this was staged.

@@justanotherguy2219 no, it’s perfectly fine. Idk know you personally but I know me. I always have my emotions on a tight leash, and as you know a big dog needs to let off the leash every once in a while. I try to wait until I can hit a bag or something that won’t break, but I’m only human.

@@justanotherguy2219 what does pressure do when it keeps building but is restricted to area, it blows up, everyone is bound to explode at some point, buy a punching bag or dummy, withholding emotion forever is just stupid. Yes i do believe controlling your emotions is good but you’d rather have someone released it else where instead of somewhere it matters. Too me hitting a bag or something that isn’t living and breathing is also controlling emotions, uncontrolled would be beating on someone…
