By the time Luke came to Parillo Bisping pretty much retired that's why I believe started to train Luke Rockhold those guys hated one another an probably still do

Everyone knows how good of a grappler BJ Penn was, but he had great hands too. Parillo obviously was a huge part of that and a big part of the Legend that is BJ Penn. This gym training series is great.

Fastest American to achieve his Black Belt in Jiu jitsu little under 3 Years or 3 years BJ was nicknamed the Prodigy because of his skill in jitsu..but Rudy Valentine also brought BJ along in the early days after he left AKA. Parillo definitely a huge part of BJ success

Mackenzie been developing her English. She still sounds as Amanda Nunes, but being born and raise in the USA, and also living there, and training she will eventually get fluent.

If I was ever somebody at the top of the game...I would want one of two coaches. Jason Parillo or Trevor Whitman. They will take an amazing striker, and turn them into a God. Sharpen your skills to a new level.

An they both only train a few fighters each Trevor had 2 champs at one time in Usman an Thug Rose I ALMOST said he almost had 3 with Gaethje but saying he almost or could ever beat Khabib is straight up Insane Justin is top notch too of the food chain fighter an Khabib straight up walked through him like he was nothing

From Hawaii (USA) to UK (England) to South America ( Ecuador and Brazil) rvca been creeping up on the ufc since the early 2000s.. sure we have all these high ranked teams like ATT, AKA, JW but ruca been in the shadows like a ninja with two legendary Champs and new prospects on the rise! 👊

Dude. I finally bought a pair of RVCA pants to skate in. V high quality. First pair of new pants I bought in a while with no loose strands or strings. V comfy.
