The term ‘savage’ gets tossed about fairly frequently and that’s fair enough in a sport like MMA. But Robbie Lawler is an *actual* savage. A proper savage if you like. And when he came back to the UFC his savagery was at its peak. 😂

Styles make matchups, and Nick isn’t going to try to clinch or go for a takedown like Magny, Colby, and RDA did.

I'm just gunna write my comment here and say how much I appreciate Robby Lawler as a Human being. His mindset is so incredibly motivating. For ex. I like how he always says "Well idk what they're worried about I don't know what they're thinking, because I have to be focused on myself and what I'm worried about, and what I'm thinking. I can't be focused on what other ppl are worrying about"

Lawler is legitimately a LEGEND in MMA sports... Didn't personally like him originally, but he is absolutely a Captain Kurtz in the ring... Really love this guy!

Those back to back wars with Rory and Condit really took something out of all three men. All of these elite fighters were never really the same. Two of the greatest fights of all time. On a side note, Condit retired recently. Deserved to win the WW title that night. Still a great, legendary career.

Lawler is a savage. You won't see a better highlight reel than that, always looking for that finish instead of settling for a decision. That scoop and slam of Askren was unbelievable. He had so many epic battles with quality opponents. His conditioning and cardio was top notch and no one can ever dispute his heart and grit. He's built a hell of a legacy for himself.
