Justin's power is pretty overrated. Edie Alvarez walked through his best punches, as did Fiziev, as did Poirier in fight 1 (a kick can KO anybody), as did Oliveira. Khabib walked him down as well.

When I managed to take home the VHS of UFC 1 that was being passed around my high school, that was considered a 'video nasty', I never thought that 30 years later I'd be there last night witnessing the UFC bringing me the greatest night of combat sports ever. I've been along for the ride, and I think Dana has done an amazing job, taking this brand from darker days til the present spotlight. Not to mention the roster, that's always ready to bring it. And yes, when I watched Holloway's KO last night I did think 'Holy Shit!' and I instantly recognised that as one of, if not the most, amazing moments the UFC history. Keep it up guys.

@@KarpetBurn max was up 4-1, but got fotn for the last 10 secs, so it's not like that fight was close. green got dropped in r1, got wobbled a couple other times in that fight, but turned it around and beat up miller (who was still game himself).

It is a tricky situation. If fighters get paid more, then they will do more point fighting and make more "business decisions," and fight like Floyd Mayweather. It is a very fine balance. We don't want the sport to turn into boxing, but we also want the fighters to get fair pay.

However, I believe the fear of getting KOd and ridiculed will always hold fighters back, especially fighters who are hated by the fans. For example, in so many fights, a fighter is told by his corner that he is losing and he needs a finish to win the fight, but the fighter still fights the last round as if he was ahead. Most fighters are like this, and I don't believe a bigger bonus will make them overcome the fear of a brutal KO and ridiculed by the fans. LOL

i work on audio for these events and its not the audio guys fault lol. you guys dont put two and two together after this happens for ten years straight lol. its a logistics issue due to changing sets repeatedly. its a very hard thing to get perfect and honestly this audio is pretty good considering how much is going on the whole night

The jiri fight should've been the 1st fight of the main card instead of Bo. Bo is awesome but that's the only issue I had with the card. I give credit where it's due. I didn't think it was gonna turn out the way it did from start to finish. Great work Dana 👏

The last 3 seconds of Max vs Justin was insane and brutal..the spinning back kick by Max on Justin’s nose at the end of the 1st round just changed the whole game..there could be many opinions but for me I think Justin could find a easy way out playing a safe game to not get KOed like Dana said at the post fight presser..Justin and his team knew he lost clearly and in that last 3 to 5 seconds remaining Max brought out the old version of Justin Gaethje and that led Justin to went out that way, that KO reminds me of the Korean Zombie although it’s a bit different, Zombie got countered and put to sleep by Max beautifully while Justin and Max brawls at the end and we know the outcome..the face first fall straight on the mat was the part that was so similar.
