Man I train in MMA lightly, and my trainer fought a couple of weekends ago. It was a really intense experience. You guys have no idea what it takes to get into a cage with someone, win or lose. These guys are all monsters.
@NraugHmoob13 жыл бұрын
Both are still great fighters in their own way. Hope Brock just bounce back. I hope hold Cain show us more fight like that as the Champion too. Going to be an awesome year with all the "ex" champion trying to make a comeback from their lost.

Great fighters. heavy weight Mexican fighters. Congratulations to the UFC heavy Weight Champion, a Mexican! Skilled, talented, humble and dangerous! undefeated!: CAIN VEALSQUEZ VIVAMEXICO!!!

Cain being Mexican has nothing to do with his win, nor does it matter. He's the UFC heavy-weight champion. Don't worry so much about his skin color and be happy for him because he trained hard to earn his belt. The same applies to any champ who is Brazilian, American, Canadian, etc.
@yaroukh13 жыл бұрын
My congratulations to Cain and his fans (I mean to the respectful and grown-up ones)... I'm still rooting for Brock but #1 HW is currently Cain. Now I root for Brock for the same reason I did when he came into MMA - majority will probably count him out, he's underdog. HAIL CAIN, WAR BROCK!

@Blazhay wrong, Brock did make this sport interesting in the heavyweight division, its obvious by the record breaking PPV events that he sold. He is the modern day IceMan. He lost, yet i thought his performance was lacking. Cain desreved his win, but dont talk about brock being bad. His opening attack was wicked
@LastlyMore13 жыл бұрын
@jconroy20 and how people forget that Brock is 33 years old not 25. He only has a small window of opportunity to get better. Don't expect him to be this great striker all of sudden.

@wiseyme I dont know what u mean... he looked happy to me! I think he was lucky enough for his gameplan to work out for him -- his camp forsaw that Brock was gonna do what they thought so they trained Cain to do what he did! They just guessed right, thats all!!! Carwin is bringing the belt back to the USA NO doubt!!!
@wassy7113 жыл бұрын
@jconroy20 First off there are very few individuals on this earht that have what it takes to step into a cage the way fighters do. Second, The reason people seem to "forget" that it is Brock's 7th fight, is because he got a very generous opportunity to step up and fight at high level way too early. He is still develooping abd he will hopefully improve. However only time will tell.
@EkBalam70713 жыл бұрын
Minute 7:07, enjoy a Mexican Flag proudly weaving during this UFC event. And congratulations to the new UFC Mixed martial Arts Heavy Weight Champion of the World! Congratulations to Caín Velasquez for such a great fight and victory by K.O. over Brock Lesnar in the first round. Right on!

Why is everyone saying Cain has way more experience than Brock. The only experience he had on him was 2 more fights thats it. He wrestled in college just like Brock did and had no amateur MMA fights that were put on his record. If Brock can't take you down, control you and ground and pound, its pretty much over especially against a fighter like Cain who fights with skill, technique, and intelligence. He destroyed Brock to the point where I felt bad for him afterwards.

@lomeloft Brock does not have a terrible chin, he got hit bombs after bombs from Carwin and Cain and still he was not KOd, Brock just doesnt react to getting hit well, he runs and rolls around when he gets hit, and then curls up to protect himself.

Cain winning was the best thing to happen for the UFC. Brock is a bigger draw on PPV; in America that would be true but breaking into the PPV market in Mexico will be a huge step, and the best way to sell it was to have a heavyweight champ of Mexican decent. Brock will still make them money, but Cain will just open up a new demographic.
