Not much to do with UFC 145, which was the whole reason i clicked on it haha, but still an amazing look behind the scenes. I love to see this stuff bc it shows the real highs and lows of the sport. Brian Stann all excited, and Thiago devastated and disappointed. Keep 'em comin'!!

Thiago shouldn't be too upset about his loss. After being out for i think 18 months then to come back and fight a top contender like Gustafsson and go to a decision isn't bad. He will be back up in the top 5 LHW soon.

Love these blogs, sure some are better than others but would you rather have Dana not do this at all? He don't have to do shit!!! Behind the scenes really show what these fighters are really like, seeing the real emotions on the fighters during defeat or being victorious is priceless.

Gustaffson is a great guy. Was hilarious when he went to say good job to Thiago post-fight, you could tell Alex was awkward as hell and Thiago just wanted to smash the dude.

actually,you're wrong about punching air not being aggressive.it also drains your stamina a bit,you know.if no one did that,the whole fight could be just the two of them waiting for the other one to attack.it's also a way to make someone get closer to the fence so you can attack safely.what should he do,go in like a maniac and risk being countered badly(and lyoto is quite good at countering)?

Lyoto should get a rematch with Rampage. I mean it was a decision and they robbed Lyoto since the said Rampage was more aggressive. But I don't count punching air as aggressive. I think if someone evades your strikes they are winning really. Also Lyoto wants to fight Dan so I really think they should do this. That would be an awesome fight.
