I loved that Dana flew Stephan back home immediately afterwards so he could be there for his wife and soon-to-be-born baby. Even after a devastating loss and the toll it took mentally and physically you can see how surprised Stephan was when Dana told him he was leaving right then.

I like this because Mister Dana White shows Martial Arts. UFC Fighters are strong in Martial Arts because they are still standing after the bouts.

Probably get downvoted for this, but Greg Jackson is a great coach. The way he talks to his fighters between round, always technical advice on how to get better and he always finds a way to beat the opponent. Love it or hate it, the man is the best in the business at getting W's next to his fighters name.

They do Their job then reunited backstage is like talking to your work after the fighting was comprementam and respect above all else.

and that quick spider training pre fight was the sickest

the PED bonnar used it to help with muscle retention during a weight cut so no he would not be using it before the fight or even training for the fight only during the week or weeks leading up the the weigh ins.

Ugh man still can't believe how this fight turned out. The Silva Bonnar fight that is. I really believed it was going to be a brawl but of course Silva always turns on the fuck and ko's his opponets with ease.

Bonnar said he didn't think that he would be at the pos-fight conference! That's hilarious! The plan was fight, hospital, home.

Thanks for throwing in the last sentance, heard about that on the 3 hour shoot he done online. Just didn't check it out. Just checked it out now. LOL Dana isn't that extreme. I love Jim Cornette though, tells it how it is.

My hopes of ever seeing GSP vs Silva seem to have flown out the window :(, don't know why they didn't make it happen earlier these past few years. Both fighters considered pound for pound the best in their weight classes. UFC needs a huge fight to happen, some great fights but they need a rumble in the jungle or something huge. Two seemingly untouchable legends going toe to toe.
