Man, I have to admit, that Dominick Cruz is a much better person today than he was a decade ago. He's always been a great fighter but, his attitude back then turned me away from him. Myself, having been injured severely and these injuries have altered my life forever and being disabled is extremely hard to deal with not only physically but more importantly mentally. It completely changes you as a person and causes you to doubt yourself in so many ways it's unbelievable. It's AWESOME to see that he's accepted it and recovered and moved on to fight another day but, more importantly he's grown as a person and a fighter and has changed many things in life for best for himself and his loved ones. I'm Extremely happy and proud of him for having the courage to change and do the soul searching, hard work, etc. To finally have happiness in his life and be content that he gets to give back to the sport that gave him so much and at the same time had taken basically everything from him for quite a long time. It's extremely hard to come back from life altering injuries but even harder to accept them and do your best to recover and continually grow. It's harder than most can even imagine just to get to the UFC but, to stay there for a long time and still be competitive is amazing but, to still compete with the best in the world and regain championships is even crazier. GODSPEED To you Dominick, I'm Truly Happy for you Brother! Sincerely: Stephens Motorsports of Best Virginia/West Virginia
