Anthony “Fluffy” Hernandez is the middleweight version of Cain Velasquez. This is what Cain did all the time. Wash, rinse and repeat with the blending of the grappling & striking. His will and relentlessness is up to par with Cain as well. Just amazing!

@@AllAroundSleeves train as much as you can 6 days a week. not every session has to be hard, do some light days shadowbox Drill bjj go for a jog. alternate hard days and light days. Eat a lot, sleep a lot.
