She came to my gym a couple months ago to teach a MMA class about ground strikes from half guard being useful for passing the knee through to quarter guard and then rolling over the body into 3/4 mount and then continuing to strike while baiting for that arm triangle. That exactly what I saw her doing in this fight.

She just came to our gym to teach a class a couple months ago. Her half guard ground and pound elbows are nasty. She was driving that into us about passing half guard using strikes, and I saw her do just that tonight.
