I love the interviews the week of because I think that's when you see and hear from the "fighter" inside all these guys and get a real peek at the mentality. They're ramping up and it's impossible to keep their real feelings from leaking out. They all say "When that cage closes I'm a different person" but I think it's a gradual process to get in that mindset. This is the last we get to see of them before they face each other. I wouldn't call this the 'real' Henry but this is the closest thing we'll hear to the guy that's in the fight.

When he got Yan down there was no getting up and that was something that impressed me most about Yan before the fight. Look what he did to Sandhagen, he is definitely a step stronger than everyone I think it’s really gonna shock Cejudo who I think is gonna look worse than he’s ever looked because of layoff and age.

@@АлексейНиколаев-ч3р round 1 was close. But realistically 2, 3 rounds he got Yans back shoeboated and did no damage. People were giving Mackachev shit for holding Volk down with no damage but when Aljo did it nobody said anything. 4, 5 rounds definetely Yan won but having said that Aljo did squezzed out a win, but it was lot closer than people think. Dont forget the fact that he was getting destroyed before the knee and the fact that couple years ago Marlon almost literally killed him. Impressive performance against Sandhagen and thats the only one he has. Prime TJ wouldve knocked him out within 3 rounds.

@@rejeebush Yan is my favorite fighter, and my respect for him made me respect Aljo if that makes sense. I don’t like how he cried like in my profile then went and posted with the belt and talk a lot of crap but he’s here to stay boring style and all. I don’t let biases effect my predictions. Anyone can get caught, I think Yan made him a better fighter. I see your point. I think Mathew Selmsberger (however you spell it) should’ve beat Jeremiah Wells. I think there is a inconsistency that benefits certain fighters just saying. As for TJ I didn’t start watching ufc until 2019 so he’s really before my time I couldn’t say

This fight might not sell very good, but damn it's so important and interesting. if dwarf wins and beats volk. it will be huge

I want him to win, but Aljo will get his hand raised when Cejudo taps. Sucks, but it's the truth. I get what he's saying, rooting for what he wants to do, but him saying 'because it's easy money,' that mentality isnt enough. He's looking past his opponent. He says he respects him, but he doesn't. I'll check back in to 'eat my words' later, but, for now, mark them.

I believe he is too smart and too great a competitor to allow himself to look past someone.
