Matt Serra threw a punch in the first round with the intention of hitting Georges in the head. He then proceeded to drop him at least 3 times before forcing him to tap to strikes in the very 1st round. That's not some hail mary fluke like Lenny Longfinger's head kick with a minute left in a 25 minute fight that he was clearly losing. I'd say an exception although an unreal knockout, maybe the sickest ever was Yair/KZ but KZ was stupid enough to charge in to get flatlined like that in the final second.
