Nick has an entire philosophy about that. They didn't because it's not part of what he believes is the most efficient technic. Throwing a leg kick exposes your face to a counter punch . Especially the 1-2, and especially when it comes from a long reach opponent. They can check leg kicks, it's just or you check, or you counter punch....It's a fight, they go offense. Period. They've always taken things very seriously, they just don't agree with you.... In addition, they're righties fighting southpaw. I bet you can't kick a ball with you weak leg right? (whatever if you lefty or righty). Imagine trying to throw a leg kick with your opposite leg. Too much work for not so much capitalizing. Boxing is the best martial art about throwing fists. You don't do it this good in kickboxing, or even Karate only because of that front leg....Key point. Unless you're Barbosa or that type of kickboxer, it's really not worthy. (and even him exposes his chin when he does so) Think about it. There are some Glory (one FC?) champs inhere... Adesanya could bet entirely on it, but he doesn't.
