Hill is very smart and it’ll be Alex chasing him I’m pretty sure. and hill has good wrestling. It’s a 50/50 fight. If Alex decides he can be untouchable because he is level ahead in striking but we know Alex doesn’t run like Izzy and play it safe.

I got surgery on my Achilles a month ago, and doctors told me I’d be walking 3 months after surgery , jogging at 5 months , any type of low to average intensity sport 8 months after, and high intensity sports ( combat sports, sprinting, football…) 10 months to a year after surgery… but these guys have the best doctors so I guess he ‘ll be okay … I hope . They didn’t tell me anything about getting hit in the calves so I’ve got no idea how that would go .. for me it ruptures more when pushing off of your back foot when fully dorsiflexed. Mine ruptured exactly in the same position as Kobe Bryant’s

Correct me if I'm wrong, Jamal said "I had 5 weeks notice to train for this fight." (about the Teixeira fight) like that's a short time. Don't fighters usually only get a month or 2 notice, so 5 weeks really isn't that big of a deal?

The fans usually only have a month or two notice. The fighters have a lot more inside information than we do and they spend months in preparation and hearing about contracts.

@@thanksmaybe4103 LOL Jiri was never on juice. He lost a lot of muscles after Reyes fight and after that injury because some guru told him fasting is best for healing. So he was eating once a day and he also was not eating much protein. Just carbs without meats etc.. He for sure was not in his best against Alex. He lost a lot of his KO power that he had before. He knows all of that so for this camp vs Rakic he named his prep "back to basics" so he is lifting again, eating like he should and it shows in his videos you can see he has much more muscles and hopefully his legendary KO power will be present at UFC 300.. 😉

Santos, Walker, Teixera….not a single one of them are a walk in the park. So to not recognize his abilities is to not recognize your own bias. It’s cool to say you think Poatan will beat him. But to say act like Hill isn’t on or above Alex’s level is next level meat riding and ignorant.
