Condit is a top 10 Welterweight of all time.

Condit has always been one of my favourites

Condit just had the misfortune of coming up when Welterweight was an absolute frickin murderer's row. In another era he probably would have been champion. But he just happened to be in the era of GSP, and prime Robbie Lawler. And even then he was still competitive with pretty much anybody in UFC.

He was the welterweight champ in 2014 after a win over Johnny Hendricks. Then in 2015 he retained his title in a rematch with Rory MacDonald also. Just saying!

That hits me hard, I use to go to the game (football here in the uk) often with my dad around 2015 to 2017, and while he is here in body, he's not here in mind, he had a stroke years ago and can't remember anything anymore, of course I don't wish him passed on, but it's very hard man. Sending my love to you, I still tell my dad I love him everytime I see him, and it always surprises him.

Seems the only people to disagree with the W for Condit are the judges. One of the worst robberies to in UFC history. Condit never got the belt he deserved.

no it isn't LOL his cardio wasn't even that good. He was more tired than Robbie was at the start and the end of the round it's his chin that is superhuman. His cardio was always great but not even close to superhuman in this fight lol

its obvious Carlos won to everyone except judges. 3-1 going in to last one... for me, Robbie took fifth and lost. Love both of these guys fighting style and heart, but Condit deserved to be the champ. Won this one 100%. Still to this day one of my favorite fights.@@dariobalde4209

Robbie 2, 3, 5. Condit wasted too much time throwing showy, meaningless kicks with no impact, while everything Robbie hit him with was actually consequential.

The first two rounds of Lawler Macdonald 2 are a little slow, and then it gets crazy near the end of the third round. In the Lawler Condit fight, crazy shit happened in every round. Condit momentarily rocks and drops Lawler in the first, Lawler drops Condit in the second, third round is very close, Condit rocks Lawler and tees off on him against the fence at the end of round 4, and Lawler throws an onslaught of punches on a tired Condit in the fifth

How is it razor thing? I don’t understand this look on it. Carlos landed triple the amount of strikes as lawler and only significantly hurt Carlos halfway through the last round.

Strickland vs DDP is a snoozefest and a sloppy fight. The lawler and condit fight is action pack from first til the end of the fight

Also of course Condit landed more strikes he also only landed 35% of the strikes he threw. Lawler landed over half of his strikes. To say because on paper someone landed more they won is crazy. This is not amateur boxing.

Most people think Condit won. Its a shame because this was one of the best fights in UFC history, but the judges decision completely overshadowed what should be celebrated as a fight worthy of a HOF induction.
