Kevin Lee knocking out Gregor was legitimately insane. The way he did it and the crowd/commentary reactions, it was 10/10 and one of my favorites for sure.

Man Kevin Lee could’ve been something man imo, i know everyone thought that but it just never seemed to come. He’s such an inconsistent fighter but when he’s at his best he can compete at a high level at lw imo. His Gillespie performance and Barboza performances were statements but he just can’t fight like that every time for some reason. Maybe a weak mentality or something

His career decline seems to coincide with the death of his coach. Prior to that, Lee looked like a very promising Lightweight. At his peek, he could hang with the best considering how much trouble he gave a prime Tony Ferguson in the 1st round. If he had better cardio and fight IQ, who knows where his career could have gone.

@@madgavin7568 agreed, his last fight you could tell he was coming off a long layoff with 2 massive injuries to both knees. He wasn’t able to improve in that year and a half off which is an important time for him cuz he was like 28 when it happened. Just such an inconsistent fighter who imo never lived up to his potential. I’m sure he’ll say this to his kids

This list is Close but wrong. A few fights here aren’t on the true list. Ex, like that BJ penn win is nothing compared to Eddie Alvarez win over Justin Gaethje or Justin Gaethje‘s KO over Edson. Where is Charles O.’ Ko of Michael Chandler ?

Yeah them cutting Kevin was stupid, but he also almost lost his next fight in Eagle FC to an ancient Diego Sanchez. They put Yves Edwards and BJ Penns on here too. They got cut aswell eventually.
