@sbg75 IT depends. I know state wrestling champ who ate donuts before winning the sections. EASILY. tech falling the guy in the finals. Its really about CONFIDENCE. And how skilled you really are. But having a great diet can take an average guy who doesn't have the best skills and give him THAT MUCH MORE OF AN EDGE. its almost a belief. Some people think you ARE what you FEED your BODY. Some people think different. MY OPINION? Eat good and bad. But more good than bad. Keep a good balance...

He has a large house, has a tennis court and a large backyard, but guess what? He also goes on missionary trips to OTHER CONTINENTS to give dental attention to hundreds if not thousands, without pay in return.
