On episode #4 of UFC 184 Embedded, women's bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey and challenger Cat Zingano appear for fans at open workouts. Zingano goes in search of the lightest bikini on the market, then dresses up for what turns out to be an intense staredown against the equally-formal titleholder. Co-main stars Raquel Pennington and Holly Holm also appear at Ultimate Media Day, sharing their thoughts on the importance of the female-topped event. UFC Embedded is an all-access, behind-the-scenes video blog leading up to the UFC 184 Pay-Per-View, taking place Saturday, February 28.

cat simply has to find a way to weather the storm a couple times and ronda will probably break. ronda' game is still unrefined and relies on a charging attack that ends with her establishing clinch, grabbing an arm or leg, and either throwing or dragging her opponent to the mat. yes ronda' standup looks great these days, but when the bell rings we'll see how confident she is with possibly getting knocked out as opposed to almost certain victory if she applies her blustering catfight strategy.

as much as i dont like rousy, give unto ceasar that which his his. She's a really good fighter, doesnt make mistakes and has never been tested. I dont see her getting beat. I didnt give Cat a chance i jokingly said she was going to lose in three seconds. I was off by 11 seconds but didnt really expect it to go that way. At first I thought Cat would be just another victim, but the more I hear and see about her, how she trains and thinks, the more I feel like she could be the one to do it. And it might just be a coincidence, but Ronda acutally looked hesitant, if not scared at the weigh-ins. We'll see, this might become very interesting...

Zingano is too distracted by her kid I think, compared to Rhonda who just trains to be the greatest ever instead of drawing motivation from something else. Not to mention the age difference, as a mother I feel you lose that intensity you had as a young up and coming athlete.
