On Episode 1 of UFC 187 Embedded, UFC middleweight champion Chris Weidman stays humble at home with dishes, diaper-changing and soccer dad duties. In South Florida, light heavyweight Anthony "Rumble" Johnson and middleweight Vitor Belfort share one last Blackzilian team workout on the beach ahead of their respective UFC 187 title bouts. As Belfort looks back on how the sport has changed since he first held UFC gold, Johnson focuses on the task in his immediate future. And on the West Coast, Daniel Cormier trains intently for his second shot at the now-vacant light heavyweight championship. UFC Embedded is an all-access, behind-the-scene video blog leading up to the two title fights at UFC 187: Johnson vs. Cormier, taking place Saturday, May 23 on Pay-Per-View.

Tbh I was more excited for UFC 183! Mainly because Silva, Diaz, and Lauzon are all in my top 10 favorite fighters. But then Lauzon got TKOd and Anderson popped for anabolic steroids so in retrospect it was probably one of my least favorites

Weidman and Cormier will win. And they both sure do deserve it. Vitor is an amazing competitor. A Legend of the Sport, but Weidman is the new breed. A guy with incredible heart, no fear. It has nothing to do with age, but rather how they evolve. Rumble has gotten better, Vitor has gotten better, but Weidman and Cormier are only improving what they have perfected. Going to be a great card.

If Khabib didn't drop out this would've been my favorite UFC ever. I so much respect for all the fighters. Rumble is a beast, showed great respect to Gustafason. Belfort is a fighting god. DC rightfully challenged Jones and showed what he really is. Weidman's a family man, a true professional and seems sound. Cerrone is just the coolest MMA fighter. Khabib is the ultimate athlete. I respect them all for different reasons and they would've been 3 great fights.

Really hope Johnson gets the win, I'd be nice to see guys who are humble like him to hold the belt at least once in his career. As for the Weidman fight, could care less who wins since I don't really like either of them, but I do want to see one of them get finished decisively rather than a decision.

Vitor will be back! He is a pioneer in this sport and his "hypnotic" movement is what made me a lifer in this sport...UFC 12!! He paved the way for guys like Weidman. He'll figure out a way to get back on track without TRT. ALL these guys use "stuff." Who would have thought Anderson Silva used steroids...but he did! To compete at this level as you age with your brand building, father time has no mercy. Vitor's brand is huge and he'll figure out a way to make another run at the gold.

The Blackzillians have gotten into a great phase. A few years ago most of them had a bad streak. Now they are fighting for two belts in the same night ! We might see a gym owning two championships this year. AKA already has Cain. DC is fighting for one in a few days. Khabib would have one this year if not for the knee. And Rockhold is getting the next shot. Hopefully they make history on Saturday night.

Both interesting fights..I don't see either going the distance tho...I also have a hard time seeing weidman\johnson losing, they are both improving and adding more weapons, while Cormier and Vitor are both tough dudes but they have a rude awakening coming Saturday

Weidman v. Belfort is going to be a hell of a fight. I think a lot of people are discrediting Vitor's potential. Johnson v. Cormier is either going to end in a Decision for Cormier or TKO for Johnson under Round 3.

Nice to see Vitor is looking good and ready to fight. I was pretty sure both original title fights wouldn't go ahead. Jones was never gonna fight Johnson, I just hope Vitor has his medical issues sorted and pees clean. Will be interesting to see how much, if anything, TRT contributed to his latest performances. Rogan kept referring to him as 'TRT Vitor', and the label and stigma stuck.Looks like Rockhold gets the winner, I feel sorry for Jacore between injuries and opponent drop outs, it seems he;s been overlooked.

Vetor was bigger in the last preview . He has size to him regardless. He just wont be as explosive, fast but still has all the experience. I think its a closer fight then i expected. I just don't think the ground is were he wants to be.
