On Episode 5 of UFC 187 Embedded, Donald Cerrone faces a rodeo bull ahead of his matchup with John "The Bull" Makdessi. Light heavyweight title contender Anthony Johnson combines oxygen and iron into his pre-fight regimen. Then all the stars of UFC's main card attend Ultimate Media day, including middleweight champion Chris Weidman, his opponent Vitor Belfort, light heavyweight contender Daniel Cormier, heavyweights Andrei Arlovski and Travis Browne and flyweights Joseph Benavidez and John Moraga. UFC Embedded is an all-access, behind-the-scenes video blog leading up to the two title fights at UFC 187: Johnson vs. Cormier, taking place Saturday, May 23 on Pay-Per-View.

Anyone else find moments like 5:25 just fascinating. They know they're about to fight in a matter of days and yet they are there just talking with one another. I think that is so interesting.

That older lady at the beginning reminds me of when I went to the UFC expo in Houson for UFC 136. This older lady was having drinks with Urijah at the Hilton and she had no idea who he was. It was awesome!

TheErebusGaming ya i thought DC was just gunna neutralize Rumble and get the decision or potential late stoppage but now after watching Johnson's footage again and his demeanour and confidence , Im buying into the hype of Rumble! Young Man, Rumble! :) But on the flipside, I've heard DC has had the entire camp to spar with Cain(40Rounds) and get pushed by a larger and more tenacious fighter. Both have faught @ HW but fuck, I almost think Rumble's got the footwork to aide his take down defence and the striking skills now to actually hurt a guy like DC.

Hot damn what a night of fights, even with Jones off the card it's still a fantastic PPV and well worth the 60 dollar price tag imo. My picks were tough for this card, I went back and fourth several times but as it stands now I've got. DC over Rumble by dec Weidman by domination Cowboy by KO Browne by tko Joe B by dec Honestly though I could see Rumble getting the KO, the guys a monster at 205 and I would love to see Arlovski get the win as well to continue his improbable comeback.
