Diaz wasnt hurt. When he got up he was the same. He took his time before getting up cuz he wanted Conor to go to the ground which is why he was sitting up and trying to hook conor into his guard.

Yes, there is a Hawaiian language but English is the official spoken language in the islands. Their accent comes from a mix of the English, Hawaiian, and a few other languages (Japanese, Tagalog, Chinese etc)

'Ae, He 'ōlelo he Hawaiian. Yeah Hawaiian is a language. But their accent is pidgin! A creole of English using the grammatical syntax of Hawaiian with primarily English vocabulary and a blend of other languages especially from the ethnicities working in Hawaii from the plantation days like japanese, chinese, tagalog etc.
