What an amazing fight. Swanson is so creative and unorthodox! There were no losers in this fight, Choi will forever have my respect...what a gangster.

Great fight but the translation was a tad off at the end.. When Joe asked him why he wanted to fight cub in particular, Choi said exactly this. "Specifically, my corner man and I were both fans of cub, so just because. Not that he is a weak opponent, I just wanted a solid fight against him, but also with the intention of winning" But in saying that, this translator is so far the best that Choi has had to translate for him.

Choi miscalculated and tried to jump up on the rankings way to quick. rank 11 vs rank 5. he was close tho, very evenly matched in skill but he forgot to calculate a veteran fighters heart. Cub dug deep you gotta give him that. Choi will learn from this and become a beast. UFC could have built him up slowly but I think throwing a guy like him in deep waters like this will make his rise faster. He now knows what hes up against in the top 5... its no joke at the upper echelon in the FW division. If he can fix his defense, get alot better on the wrestling and ground game and polish his striking he can be amazing.

I will never miss another Choi or Swanson fight in my life. It was so fucking good, I actually felt emotional after, such a display of heart and the human will to survive! It was truly inspirational.
