@@mikenelson8409 Those people did it crescendo , I mean of course you are not able to get through an ice bath one day like this , you need to acclimate your body and yourself to it , coz if you didn't get prepared you might just end up with an hypothermia. It's really rare people thinking ; ' Oh well today i'm gonna have a ice-bath '. But man It's really good for your body , you to learn out to control your body , your brain too. Man go and get a cold shower the morning it's like having ten coffees without the overdose of the coffee , yourself and your brain are in high activity after it. And we not gonna talk of all the benefits you get from it , your blood circulation is better , it helps repairing your body a lot more , it helps you to control your body a lot more , helps you to control your respiration , your feelings. I mean just look at Wim Hof , npw the man is such a control of hos body that he can walk on the Antartica with just an underpants on , and that's for the camera coz I mean i'm sure the man can do it naked . And where it's the best is that , when you actually get out of there , while normally you get out off your bath or shower , you are freezong cold , there man you feel a lot hotter out of it ^^

@@Lolife86 cold water doesn't help blood circulation, hot water does. That's why you shave with hot water. There is also no scientific evidence that ice water helps repair your body, only thing it does for sure is numb the pain that athletes get from training. And you feel hot after a cold shower because your body is shocked and produces heat to warm you up, that's why colder showers are recommend before sleep

Yeah. Especially the idea that you have to turn something on when you fight. Unless you fight or compete it's impossible to know what he's talking about. Definitely makes you think. Just be whoever you are in the moment. Don't put that pressure on yourself to turn into the person you think you need to be to beat her. I think that's pretty wise advice. Beat that ass rose.
