@@madgavin7568 I've wondered this. But I've also noticed she's always geared up for protection. I think there is good in training how you fight. Obviously not as hard but hard enough. Doing light touch sparring isn't enough to simulate an actual fight and get your mind and body ready for it.

In striking velocity is how fast the strike moves but speed is the interval between strikes, quickness is how fast you can react and transition from position to position. You can have a high velocity punch with a high speed follow up combination while being quick to capitalize when a counter presents itself. The terms are not redundant.

That’s because Weili is actually putting in the effort to make herself marketable. Weili wants to make money. UFC is investing a lot of money into her to get into the Chinese market. Francis Ngannou learned English so he can be more marketable. Jose Aldo could have been a much bigger star and made more money before McGregor came along if he actually learned English.

I don’t think that will happen, I am sure that would be Jorge’s dream. Usman’s jab is great no doubt but there’s no reason he shouldn’t be using his strengths against Jorge’s weakness or lesser ability.

@Righteous Shadows Dojo Your a casual. Being from the hood means Jack S... when it comes to fighting. Jorge drinks and party way too much when he's not training for a fight and that takes a toll on endurance and conditioning ( just ask Conor ). Usman might get clipped in the first round second round...but Usman can rebound better the anyone in the UFC. Once the halfway point on the second round Usman turns on the gas and Jorge starts to fade.
