I'm sad for Derrick Lewis losing, but same time happy for Cyril Gane winning because he's a great human being. Through the embedded series, it showcase his personality as a person and fighter. He's happy to win the title, but he felt sad of doing it in front of Lewis's hometown.q

If Covid didn’t stop Aldo vs Cejudo from happening then I reckon Aldo would have been the champ. Besides from that the Yan fight was competitive until Aldo’s cardio let him down and the body shot that hurt Aldo in the first round zapped a good round out of Aldo’s energy imo. He can beat Yan.

Cejudo is a beast. He has an annoying character but as a fighter is a nightmare matchup for aldo. And for yan fight it's litteraly the way he fights,he's just very patient the first rounds and then he get the timing of his opponent

@@noam8929 I think Aldo is a nightmare for Cejudo tbh. Aldo’s takedown defence is some of the best and if Cejudo can’t take him down and it becomes a standing battle then Aldo wins that imo. Cejudo can’t strike with him. But I do agree that Cejudo can put on pace and pressure which is Aldo’s kryptonite.

I really felt for derrick Lewis this night... He was very heavy hearted.... it was emotional... I on one side really respected Ciryl's approach and IQ and give him all the credit in the world to probably even beat Francis. But. I love Derrick Lewis and want him to never change who he is no matter what, don't ever let that fire, funk, spunk, comedian playfulness ever change no matter what. People cherish Derrick and always will even if he loses or isn't number 1, that should almost have more meaning behind it because some people only matter if they are number 1. Derrick Lewis can just be Derrick Lewis and everyone will and does love him! That's worth more then any money can buy! More then any belt can get you! We cherish his soul, his charisma, his aura. He's a unique one of a kind human being. Keep your head up Derrick, you're always going to be loved and respected, always!

Cyril is a normal and humble guy, and for normal people this is a lot of money. You can live in confort for few years with this. He put his family out of troubles, it's enough. Why always want more and more ? This is non-sense, selfish and egocentric.

@@albanclausse1326 but he’s putting his body on the line. Medical care aren’t cheap (even in France). Not mentionning the quality of life if you have severe injury. Hope he can stay on top at least 3 years…

@@flowpom Medical care is cared by French State in France from 10 to 100% depends on if it's a necessity or not. 4 different stages. And even after this you can ask for aids and subventions, and you can ask to your medical insurance to payback what you spent. You can live with 1200€ (1400$ something like this) every month with big health problems and never have money troubles... So, 188K in one fight, even when you know the risks man, it's fine really. Do you know how many people are street fighting or being harrassed asking for nothing, and they dont get paid for this, they just go to hospital and after they have to go back to their lifes. Being payed for fighting is a priviledge. You dont need to be overpayed to do this. Most of all, if you choose it.
