I understand how Lauren's husband feels a bit. She hasn't lost a fight since 2019, on a 4-fight win streak. But it's difficult to see her having half a chance at beating Valentina. Anything can happen in the fight game but she is really up against it.

I like what I see from Murphy's coach. Training to the exact conditions of fight night is highly intelligent. All those little things that happen on fight night during the walkout are all part of the experience for a fighter. The more everything about the night is familiar to them the less likely it is something will take them off their game mentally.

I really hope she was just very tired at the end of a session or something because those punches were GLACIALLY slow, my god. I'm not even athletic or good at boxing and even I punch way faster than that.
