Thought RDA vs Moicano would have been FoTN, the way he came back and snapped RDA's head back in the fifth after nearly being finished was insane.
@davidjohnston4345
@davidjohnston4345 3 жыл бұрын
Everything about his performance was insane. The fact that he was out boxing a legend like rda on such short notice and having to move up in weight. The fact that he stood back up from that hellatious gnp. The fact that a bjj blackbelt with that many subs can just get dominated on the ground like that. And my favorite part was after the fight was over and he refused to get cleaned up. He would rather bleed. Totally crazy. I am a huge fan.

Nope, it’s not about heart. Fuck heart. The corner, ref, and doctor SHOULD have stopped the fight right after the 3rd round, no question. They had so many chances and dropped the ball. Allowing him to show his heart is complete BS, they let him take so much unnecessary and long term damage for NO REASON at all. It affected the final result in NO WAY whatsoever. Why give Moicono so much unnecessary punishment just so he can display his “heart”, literally gave him CTE and it changed the result in no way. His corner is trash, the ref and doctor should have stopped the fight but we’re scared of the crowds reaction, fuck the crowd, your job is to SAVE THE FIGHTER even from himself! Just wow!!!

@tjen7929
@tjen7929 3 жыл бұрын
@Mateo Hodge you just proved my point about people not understanding business. The UFC is in debt. In 2021, the UFC grossed $900M. $452M of that went to taxes and debt repayment (a schedule they're on for at least 6 more years) and the remaining cash is all accounted for in standard business/operating expenses, and is easily researched if you have the slightest idea of how a business is run. The UFC pays an average of $161k/yr to fighters which dwarves the avg of every other combat sport/promotion. I've never understood why people such as yourself who clearly have zero knowledge of business, speak so confidently about how businesses should operate.

Burns is the only one that's worked his way up after his Usman loss. Colby shouldn't have been #1 contender after the second fight, it only makes sense that he gets a shot if he beats Burns and for Khamzat to fight Colby for a shot
