In terms of skill he absolutely is, he's the most well rounded guy in the UFC alongside Yan. Just in terms of accomplishments so far, Usman and Adesanya should be above him P4P wise.

He is the best featherweight, as he proved it. I think the only one that can match him is Max. Possibly Zabit if he will ever return to the octagon. I have to say that im not a big fan of Volkanovski, just beacuse his personality is abit bland for me. But man can he fight. Without a doubt one of the best fighters in the UFC. I can respect him for that.

Underrated moment how Burns and Usman can still be somewhat cordial. Ik he felt hurt during the fight and some time afterwards cause they were friends. But when the belt is a life long accomplishment and you can’t share it with friends that wanna take it from you
